Mini bio

How it started.

Caleb grew up around music: both parents loved music and performed. He and his brother shared home videos on Google Video before moving to YouTube. In a Kill The Music interview, he dated his first YouTube covers to 2009 and his more professional approach to early 2014.

The cover that opened doors.

His 2014 rendition of “Let It Go” from Frozen became his first viral hit. He told Tubefilter that Disney songs dominated his channel in 2014 and 2015 before he branched into more genres. Fans came to know a singer happy to move between animation, anime, musical theatre and rock.

Finding his own words.

In One Breath arrived on January 14, 2022 as his debut original album. Caleb described the writing process as a vulnerable, collaborative step beyond covering other people’s songs. A 2023 anniversary edition opened up that process with drafts, voice memos and unreleased material.

Rock records and character work.

His work also includes the lead voice for Pencilish Animation Studio’s Bjorn The Last Unicorn and a guest solo on Jeff Williams’ “Hero” for RWBY. On The Darkness Before The Dawn, released in February 2025, he explores faith, depression, self-care and anxiety in a rock-ballad setting. His collaborators include Lacey Sturm, Manafest and Trevor McNevan.
