Mini bio
How it started.
Growing up in Southampton, Craig bought vinyl, mixed records and sold his mixtapes at local barbers. He began MCing for DJ Flash, then took his own DJ sets around the south coast while writing his first album.
The breakthrough.
His appearance on Artful Dodger’s Re-Rewind in 1999 introduced him to a wider audience. In 2000, Born To Do It brought together UK garage and R&B, with Fill Me In, 7 Days and Walking Away becoming signature songs.
A new way to play.
TS5 grew from parties at his Miami penthouse into a show that combines singing, MCing and DJing. Recordings shared on SoundCloud reached UK radio, and the party developed into international live shows and an Ibiza Rocks residency.
Still making records.
Following My Intuition became his second UK number-one album in 2016. His ninth album, Commitment, arrived in August 2025 with JoJo and Tiwa Savage among its collaborators. The same year brought a 25th anniversary edition of Born To Do It.
