Mini bio
Music before the camera.
Ben and Danielle had sung with their children since they were born in Scotland. In an interview with The Real Ding, they recalled Ben writing songs in a school band and Danielle singing eighties covers in Newcastle with her father on drums.
A living room breakout.
On 29 March 2020, they shared a lockdown version of “One Day More” on Facebook. Ben adapted the lyrics, and all six performed. That family video found a worldwide audience, leading to television appearances including Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2020 and Comic Relief in 2021.
Building their own songbook.
They continued with topical parodies and original songs, supported by fans on Patreon. Their recordings have supported causes including Prostate Cancer UK and Save the Children. In March 2026 they released Hollow Chapters, their debut album, moving between folk-pop, funk and reggae rock.
