Mini bio
How it started.
Raised in Miami with Colombian and Brazilian roots, Tefi moved to New York at 22. She worked as a receptionist before landing her YouTube hosting job in 2019. Her audition included a story about Harry Styles’ Met Gala look and a conversation with her grandmother.
Finding her audience.
When the pandemic stopped her live YouTube show, Tefi began posting to TikTok to stay connected with the audience she had built. Her celebrity stories grew into detailed pop-culture histories, with room for conversations about dating, confidence, and mental health.
More room to talk.
In 2024 she co-hosted Prime Video’s Influenced. The following year brought Ask Tefi at The Cut and the weekly Tefi Talks podcast. In 2026, she joined Ciara Miller to co-host Love Island USA: Aftersun.
