How it started.

Allen’s online trail reaches back to a YouTube channel launched in December 2009, according to Famous Birthdays. At UCLA, where his LinkedIn lists studies from 2014 to 2018, he participated in a sports medicine internship. In an early campus interview, he named working out and lacrosse among his interests and pointed readers to @TheAllenYe.

Finding an audience.

His TikTok work combines fitness information with POV videos and comedy. Famous Birthdays records a September 5, 2021 POV post with more than 976,000 views. He also co-hosted OnlyFitness with Monica Blanco, discussing workouts, nutrition and the wider habits that shape health.

Taking it outside.

He started running in 2020 and ran his first marathon at Big Sur in 2024.

Making challenges together.

His YouTube work includes a birthday run across Manhattan’s bridges and a team attempt to match marathon world-record pace. Alongside those challenges, his own links page collects training guides, coaching and videos about running watches.
