Mini bio
How it started.
Jada grew up in Utah, putting on plays for family and taking part in musical theater around age seven. At nine, Jada moved to California and began auditioning for film and television. In a 2015 interview, Jada credited Taylor Swift with inspiring an interest in songwriting and guitar.
From television to YouTube.
An early major role was Annabelle in Hallmark's Love's Christmas Journey in 2011. Jada later played Dani, Joe's daughter, in Melissa & Joey from 2014 to 2015. Music developed alongside acting, including piano-and-guitar covers with brother Kyson. The 2019 cover of Alan Walker's Faded is one of Jada's widely watched videos.
Songs that feel personal.
Alongside acoustic covers and collaborations, Jada releases original songs. The First Love video arrived in June 2025, followed by the five-song Party Dress EP in June 2026. In an April 2026 interview, Jada described songwriting as a diary-like process and explained that First Love was about a relationship with a father.
