Mini bio

How it started.

Jose and brother Juan started Teaching Men’s Fashion in 2012 as a daily men’s style account. The YouTube channel followed that September. In 2013, GQ picked the 18-year-old from Port St. Lucie, Florida, as the winner of its first “How GQ Are You?” September Style Challenge.

Finding a wider audience.

At StyleCon 2017, Jose described expanding beyond clothes in 2016 to cover grooming, hair, relationships and fitness. Jose said the channel grew from 54,000 subscribers to almost 530,000 in about 11 months. The $100 style challenge showed viewers how to dress well on a budget.

Two languages, one familiar face.

Jose launched Estilo De Hombre in January 2016 for Spanish-speaking viewers. The official site reports more than 16 million combined followers across platforms as of October 2026, including fans who follow on several platforms.

Beyond the videos.

Jose’s business projects include 21 Again and Creators Commerce. The September 12, 2026 upload announced the launch of 21 Again’s REWIND supplement, adding another venture to a career that began with everyday style posts.
