How it started.
Lailli and twin sister Alizey began with separate fashion blogs before joining forces as Pint Sized Fashionista. Emirates Woman dates their shared blog to 2011 and featured the sisters in its Gap styling series in 2013. That early fashion platform became the foundation for Lailli’s work online.
Finding a voice on YouTube.
The channel formerly called PintsizedFashTV became a home for Lailli’s luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle videos, with challenges and vlogs featuring Alizey. In a 2020 ITP Live interview, Lailli described starting on WordPress and planning content about a month ahead to manage the pressure of regular uploads.
Making clothes that fit.
Lailli told ITP Live that Petite The Brand grew from making clothes for personal use after struggling to find well-fitting designer pieces. Launched during the pandemic lockdown, the label focused on petite sizing and made-to-order production in Dubai. In the 2021 interview, Lailli described smaller production runs and reusing leftover fabric as ways to reduce waste.
A new screen chapter.
In 2026, Lailli joined Netflix’s Desi Bling with Alizey. Speaking to Planet Bollywood, Lailli said the series let viewers see family life and work beyond social media, and described entrepreneurship and digital creation as connected parts of the same career. The YouTube channel subsequently followed life after the show and a first couture show in India.
