Mini bio
How it started.
Lauren began posting funny Vine videos in 2013, when she was 15. Fans first knew her as Princess Lauren, a name she told Glossy she chose so her mother would not find her by her surname. She grew up in Miami before building a career across video, music and acting.
Finding her voice.
Her work expanded into music with “Only Lovers” and the Fullscreen series Lady Bits, where she discussed feminism and social double standards. In her PAPER interview, she described growing up in musical theater and wanting to use her audience to speak about things that mattered to her.
Walking into a new chapter.
In November 2019, Lauren shared her 12-3-30 treadmill routine on YouTube. It became a signature part of her work alongside beauty, fashion and family vlogs. By 2026, her videos also followed community walks, travel and her Dossier fragrance collaboration.
