Miguel trained in card magic at the Tamariz school and posted a rope-magic video in 2009. After graduating in biotechnology in 2015, he began a master’s degree and found a new creative outlet in Minecraft.
Finding the audience.
His gaming channel began on 14 February 2016 with Minecraft Hunger Games. Daily competitive gameplay and tutorials helped it grow. Los Compas took shape with El Trollino and Timba VK in June 2017, and the channel reached 20 million subscribers in November 2020.
A world of their own.
Mike the dog grew from a Minecraft skin into a character with a personality and stories. The trio’s first book, Los Compas y el diamantito legendario, arrived in October 2018. Las Perrerías de Mike then brought Mike and friends into an original animated series in 2020.
Beyond the gaming channel.
In July 2023, Mikecrack passed El Rubius in subscribers, becoming Spain’s most-followed individual YouTuber according to the ranking reported by LOS40. Books, musical parodies and animation remain recurring parts of the work alongside gameplay.
