Mini bio
How it started.
Preston joined YouTube in 2010. Early attempts at StarCraft II commentary led to Call of Duty videos and the series MOAB with Every Gun. Machinima Respawn picked up the series, giving Preston a paid weekly slot and helping the audience grow.
A family business.
Preston’s parents joined the business in 2015, and Brianna and Preston’s siblings became familiar faces in the videos. Minecraft remained central while the channels expanded into real-life challenges. In a 2021 YouTube interview, Preston explained that separate channels helped prevent burnout and reach different audiences.
Beyond the videos.
Preston’s work also includes the 2023 graphic novel The Mystery of the Super Spooky Secret House, illustrated by Dave Bardin. In 2025, Bonkers Toys announced a PrestonPlayz toy partnership, bringing the videos’ world into plush, role-play toys and mystery boxes.
