Mini bio
How it started.
At Ohio University, Stefana took a course that prepared students for the ACE personal-training exam. She began taking clients in May 2020. Her early work combined workout instruction with a message that strength and confidence can coexist with tummy rolls, cellulite, and stretch marks.
Finding her audience.
She was already posting workouts before the pandemic. When lockdowns brought more people to her videos, viewers found a library of routines waiting for them. In 2021, Ohio University highlighted her inclusion in Business Insider’s list of 28 popular TikTok fitness influencers.
Building Liaison.
Her college experiments included “Shots and Squats,” pairing a basement workout at Athens’ Red Brick Tavern with happy hour. She funded the launch of Defining Active through personal-training income, brand work, and bartending. The activewear business launched in December 2021 and became Liaison the Label.

Her Liaison workout offering includes Pilates, strength, HIIT, and stretching. Alongside those classes, she shares the work behind her clothing brand, from design decisions to creator collaborations.
