How it started.

After college cheerleading ended, Whitney’s dad encouraged her to try lifting. She launched YouTube in January 2016 and committed to it full time after losing her marketing job that September. Her workouts grew into a community around strength and feeling better.

From videos to programs.

Alive launched in January 2020. Today, fans can train with Whitney through programs including Legs Get It, which uses progressive overload with a lower-body focus, and gym or at-home options.

Making the gym feel welcoming.

Her 2019 Gymshark capsule was co-designed over two years. She later became the brand’s first Creative Director of Adapt, bringing her perspective to the collection’s designs. Alongside workouts, she has spoken publicly about mental health and psoriasis.
