Mini bio
How it started.
Alix loved making videos before it became her job. As a child, she recruited her sister and friends for homemade music videos; later, she helped run a boutique’s social accounts. In her Harvard Business School interview, she recalled years of posting and repeated rejections from prospective managers before things took off in her senior year of college.
Finding her voice.
She found an audience by talking candidly while getting ready, including sharing acne she had once felt afraid to show. Alix told HBS that paying attention to the conversations her own viewers responded to helped her find her direction. She graduated from the University of Miami in 2023 and established a scholarship for Miami Herbert Business School students.
Beyond the phone screen.
Her work now includes hosting Get Real With Me, modeling for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and starring with her family in Netflix’s Earle Meets World. In 2025, she and Val Chmerkovskiy finished second on Dancing with the Stars. In 2026, she launched Reale Actives, drawing on her experience with acne and working with dermatologist Dr. Kiran Mian.
