How it started.
Before the books and podcast, Dave worked in Silicon Valley technology. His own account traces his interest in biohacking to struggles with weight, fatigue and brain fog. He began treating his daily routines as experiments and sharing what he tried.
From blog to Bulletproof.
He launched The Bulletproof Executive blog in 2010. Bulletproof Coffee became his signature creation, followed by The Bulletproof Diet in 2014. His work grew to include businesses, live gatherings and a podcast now called The Human Upgrade.

His books move between food, performance and inner life. Smarter Not Harder explores his approach to doing less for better results, while Heavily Meditated focuses on meditation and neurofeedback. On the podcast, he keeps those conversations going with entrepreneurs, researchers and other guests.
