Mini bio
How it started.
Dhivya grew up in Ottawa and began creating content in 2021. Early videos used saris, bindis and outfit transitions to celebrate her Tamil heritage and darker skin tone. She told NOW Toronto that this remains the foundation of her page.
Beauty and belonging.
Her makeup transitions, shade-matching tutorials and get-ready-with-me videos focus on brown skin. She mixes contemporary beauty with Tamil jewellery and styling. In her SEEMA interview, she reflected on walking in L’Oréal Paris’ Le Défilé at Paris Fashion Week and what representing her community meant to her.
Finding her audience.
Her Deepavali look series began in 2023. In September 2025, she celebrated a combined 200 million views in a transition post. That December, she thanked fans for helping her reach 500,000 subscribers on YouTube.
