How it started.
In a 2020 interview with Better With Time, Dhriti described growing up in a family connected to fashion. Friends and cousins relied on their shopping advice, then encouraged them to start a blog.
A love of older clothes.
Dhriti told the interviewer they enjoyed finding clothes in their parents’ old wardrobes and styling them in modern ways. That interest resurfaced in a 2025 post about Minny Sandhu turning their mother’s wedding lehenga into a new bridal outfit.
