How it started.
Andrew studied public health at UC Berkeley before earning an MD and MBA at Dartmouth. He trained at Kaiser Permanente Oakland and UT Southwestern. In his Clear Admit interview, he said he started posting about dermatology and skincare during residency, when he was also involved with the personalized-skincare startup Omi.
Finding his audience.
His product reviews found an audience beyond his own feeds. In January 2024, Glamour UK highlighted his CeraVe ointment video and reported two million views. By December that year, he told Clear Admit his Instagram and TikTok audience had passed 110,000.
