How it started.
Raised in Huntington Beach, Tyler studied neuroscience at UC Riverside before earning his chiropractic doctorate, summa cum laude, at Southern California University of Health Sciences. His training included a clinical internship at UC Irvine. He founded CleanSpine in 2019, motivated by a desire to offer straightforward care without costly, lengthy commitments.
Finding his audience.
By October 2020, his TikTok videos had attracted an interview with PhilSTAR Life. He explained that younger clients helped him learn to make videos, and that he wanted to bring the explanations he gave in his office onto social media. That mix of education, humor and adjustment footage became his calling card.
Beyond the clinic.
His channel pairs everyday patient stories with sessions featuring performers, including Agnez Mo, Jaya and Prilly Latuconsina. He has also founded Happy Spine, a topical CBD cream brand. Recent uploads continue the patient-session format, with returning guests, fellow practitioners and first responders.
