Mini bio
How it started.
Corentin Houssein began competing on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 in 2010. The French player built a reputation for fast reactions and controller skill, becoming known as the French Monster. Team Vitality lists Gotaga among its founders, with Call of Duty at the heart of the club’s early years.
From matches to streams.
After professional Call of Duty, Gotaga carried that competitive streak into games including H1Z1 and Fortnite while building an audience on Twitch and YouTube. In 2019, Gotaga On Tour brought the streams into venues around France, giving fans a chance to watch and sometimes play alongside their favourite creator.
Building the next chapter.
In 2023, Gotaga teamed up with Squeezie and Brawks to launch Gentle Mates. The creator’s work has since expanded to Overtime, a talk show about esports and its people, and CoD is Life, a 2026 documentary revisiting the French-speaking Call of Duty scene.
