Mini bio
How it started.
Ling grew up loving makeup and discovered YouTube beauty videos at secondary school, including Andrea’s Choice. After studying Sports Development and working in real estate and hospitality, Ling began making beauty videos in July 2016.
Finding a voice.
In a bCreator interview, Ling described moving away from trying to look like a perfect beauty advert and letting their personality into tutorials. Makeup was something to enjoy and experiment with. The work brought growing audiences and a place in the L’Oréal Beauty Squad.
Beyond tutorials.
Ling’s Eylure lash collection arrived in 2020 with The Empress, Pretty Princess and Yass Queen. Their management also documents a course in trichology, the study of hair and scalp, alongside collaborations with Laura Mercier, Aveeno and Dr Jart.
