Mini bio
How it started.
In 2008, longtime friends Rob and Jeremy began experimenting with math videos after Jeremy struggled to find engaging resources while homeschooling his children. Animation and humor became the heart of their approach.
A small team.
They founded Math Plus Motion, LLC in 2010. Rob brought programming, animation and graphic design; Jeremy brought physics, math and art. They still handle production, web design and customer support themselves.
What fans come for.
The lessons explain basic math by topic, with most material typically taught in grades 3 through 8. Free videos sit alongside printable practice materials. In 2026, the team began refreshing its earliest fractions lessons with clearer explanations and improved sound and graphics.
