Mini bio
How it started.
Mikayla studied Communication at Bryant University and worked at Ulta Beauty before becoming a full-time creator. When the pandemic interrupted her plans and she was furloughed, she began posting beauty videos. She spent six months making videos before her first meeting with a brand.
The breakout.
In 2020, an early TikTok showing how she covered acne went viral. Her self-taught makeup skills, bold looks, and Boston accent became familiar to millions of viewers.
Making her own products.
Her 2021 Glamlite collaboration included an eyeshadow palette, lip glosses, highlighter, and false lashes. In March 2025, she co-founded POV Beauty with beauty executive Ani Hadjinian, starting with skin prep before expanding into lip makeup. Her own fragrance collaboration, Only Sunshine with Snif, followed in 2026.
