How it started.
Mireia joined a modeling agency in Barcelona at 14 while keeping an interest in medicine and science. In a 2015 interview, they described pharmacy studies as their main plan and piano as a way to unwind.
The crown that changed things.
After winning Miss World Spain in 2015, Mireia became the first Spanish winner of Miss World at the final in Sanya, China, on December 19. The title brought international travel and work supporting Beauty with a Purpose.
Building a wider career.
Mireia later trained in acting and worked in television in Mexico. Fashion, bridal campaigns and brand partnerships remained part of their work. They completed their pharmacy degree and began developing beauty-related business projects.
What comes next.
In 2025, Mireia spoke about developing Vivacital. In October 2026, they said they also hosted health interviews and had filmed Fairy Tale of New York with Simon Pegg and Alice Eve. That same interview brought the announcement of their first pregnancy.
