Mini bio
How it started.
Rachel Griffin Accurso and her husband, Aron, launched their YouTube work in 2019. Their son’s speech delay inspired them to make videos that helped young children communicate. They began in a one-bedroom apartment, combining Rachel’s education background with Aron’s experience in Broadway music.
Learning together.
The show became known as Songs for Littles, mixing songs, games and nursery rhymes with early learning. Rachel hosts, while Aron helps create the show, writes and arranges music, and performs puppets. Her work now also includes children’s books, Netflix episodes and the album I’m So Happy.
Beyond the screen.
Save the Children named Rachel an ambassador on September 8, 2023. Her advocacy focuses on children’s rights and access to early education. Her own website also lists her as an ambassador for Room to Grow.
