Mini bio

How it started.

Reggie fell in love with guitar in high school. The “5000” in the nickname came from the amount they were raising for nursing school tuition. While busking in New York’s subways, they noticed how joining in a song could change a stranger’s mood. Filming those encounters became “Sing With Me”.

The moments fans share.

The invitation is simple: choose a song and sing together. Greg’s subway performance of Radiohead’s “Creep” became one of the channel’s biggest videos. Other much-watched sessions feature NYU student Chloe singing “Valerie” and 93-year-old Sandra returning to public singing. Reggie’s own story also highlights a TODAY feature and a jam with Jimmy Fallon.
