Mini bio
How it started.
Shea began with Peace Love Shea, sharing fashion inspiration and photos of personal outfits before Instagram became the center of the work. In a Glossy interview, Shea dated the website’s launch to 2010 and recalled reaching nearly a million monthly views within three years.
Finding an audience.
The outfit photos became the draw. Shea told Numéro Netherlands that the website began as a way to show potential fashion employers a creative eye. In Bustle, Shea remembered doing an early Forever 21 commercial for free, then signing with a first manager.
From outfits to design.
In 2015, Shea co-founded SAME with Ryan Horne. The aim was to make swimwear feel like fashion in its own right. The brand later shifted toward direct sales and, according to its official history, introduced ready-to-wear and denim in 2024.
A second creative outlet.
The Feelist launched in 2020. Shea told Glossy that years of trying beauty products inspired a plant-based skincare line with packaging designed to look at home beside luxury beauty products.
What comes next.
By May 2026, SAME had opened its first permanent store in Capri. In WWD, Shea described designing exclusive collections for Capri and Saint-Tropez while working toward a business with a lasting physical presence.
