Mini bio

How it started.

After having children, Stephanie took a personal-training course and discovered a love of fitness. Running came first, but complications stopped that routine. Weight training gave Stephanie another way to keep moving, and strength and conditioning became the focus. In a 2016 interview, Stephanie described about three years of structured training.

Sharing the journey.

Stephanie began by coaching clients in person and sharing personal progress online to encourage them. In a 2026 interview with Kate Save, Stephanie recalled how Jamie Bisset encouraged filming training sessions for social media. That mix of coaching and showing the work became central to the Steph Fit Mum story.

From BUILD to LIFTit.

BUILD brought Stephanie’s combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding to Sweat. The independent LIFTit app now offers gym and home programs, exercise substitutions and shorter workout options. Fans can follow the demonstrations on social media or use the app for structured sessions.

Beyond the gym.

Stephanie appeared on the first Australian issue of STRONG Fitness Magazine in 2019. In 2026 podcast appearances, Stephanie discussed building a fitness business alongside parenting and turning an online community into an independent coaching app.
