Mini bio

Before the travel feed.

Aggie grew up in Poland and worked in television as a teenager, joining the youth programme Rower Błażeja in 2002. Travel later became both a passion and a job. Their Travel in Her Shoes blog shared the people and places they encountered, including a voyage across the Pacific.

The adventures became a book.

By 2018, Aggie was appearing on Polish television as a travel blogger and photographer. InstaTravel followed in 2020, gathering destination ideas, practical trip advice and photography tips. In 2021, Aggie hosted the first Polish edition of Prince Charming.

A different direction.

Aggie says that feeling unwell while travelling led to a personal interest in nutrition and women’s wellness. That became Biohacking Bestie, a supplement brand and podcast, alongside courses through Higher Self Academy. Biohack Like a Woman brought their approach to cycle awareness into book form in 2024.

Letting fans into everyday life.

In 2025, Aggie and husband Jacob Riglin began Uncool, a podcast about relationships and personal growth. Its early episodes shared their pregnancy news and conversations about balancing a business, a partnership and a growing family.
