How it started.
Anna originally planned to become an orthopedic hand microsurgeon. In her Authority Magazine interview, she recalled a resident encouraging her to try dermatology. A rotation that included lip augmentation, skin-cancer surgery and laser resurfacing changed her direction.
Finding her audience.
As the founder of Bella Skin Institute in Calabasas, she built a practice focused on cosmetic dermatology. Asked about her career turning point in 2020, she described hiring PR and marketing help and learning to embrace public speaking and visibility.
Beyond the treatment room.
Her book Seven Days to Sexy brought together beauty tips and preparation for special occasions. The Dr. Beauty Podcast followed with conversations spanning beauty, careers and confidence, including guests Shaquille O’Neal and Anjelah Johnson-Reyes.
