Mini bio

How it started.

Anna began sewing at about eight after watching Project Runway, using household fabrics and making clothes on their younger sister. At St. George’s, a sculpture class became a chance to experiment with wearable art.

Finding an audience.

Anna studied fashion design and entrepreneurship at Syracuse University and also studied at London College of Fashion. When the pandemic interrupted the 2020 thesis showcase, Anna shared the collection on TikTok. Early videos drew more than five million views, opening a path into creating online.

Building a practice.

After leaving corporate design, Anna built Instinct Brand around custom work, experiments and sharing ideas for reuse. Their clients have included Julia Fox and Pattie Gonia. In 2026, Anna reached the Project Runway finale and won the bridal challenge, with both winning looks adapted for David’s Bridal.
