How it started.
Annabelle founded TheVivaLuxury in December 2010 to connect with people who shared their interest in fashion and beauty. On their original Blogger profile, they credit working with Hollywood designer Elisa Ferare with encouraging their love of fashion and the decision to start a blog.
A shared creative project.
In a 2018 Modeliste interview, Annabelle described an IT background and a husband who worked in finance. They began taking and posting outfit photographs as a hobby. As the audience grew, the blog became their full-time work. Annabelle singled out the care they put into photography as a defining part of the project.
Finding an audience.
Vanity Fair named Annabelle its May 2013 Users’ Choice winner in the International Best-Dressed Challenge. By their 2018 Modeliste interview, Annabelle reported working with brands including Fendi, Guerlain, Victoria’s Secret, Chanel and Gucci.
