Mini bio

How it started.

Before sharing outfits with a large audience, Anouk worked in marketing for bag brands. She founded Creators of Desire in 2011 after seeing blogger networks in Scandinavia. In a 2015 FashionUnited interview, she explained that her own blog gave the business a face.

A wardrobe people return to.

Her Instagram account began in 2014. By October 2026, she described an audience of 1.5 million and a business built around it. Clothing collaborations brought her approach to everyday dressing into collections with Malina, Labeca, Resort Finest and Peek & Cloppenburg.

Making room for clay.

A ceramics course in 2018 opened another part of her creative life. Through Yve House, she makes organic ceramic objects. Her design work also includes the sculptures presented to the five winners of Harper’s Bazaar Netherlands’ 2025 Women of the Year awards.

The next chapter.

In January 2026, she launched Nōta Gathering, bringing her interest in tea and carefully chosen objects into a business. On Noted, her Substack publication, she writes about style, design, the creator industry and the things she notices.
