Mini bio
Finding the camera.
Anthony grew up in Nice and studied computer science before a friend’s film camera sparked a change of direction. He picked up his father’s old Canon, then studied filmmaking at ESRA in Nice.
Making a start in Paris.
After moving to Paris, Anthony found his way into photography with help from his friend Maeva. A studio internship and assisting work gave him a foundation. Sharing his own pictures on Instagram led to a commercial job in Los Angeles and the chance to work independently.
Work fans may recognise.
His first Vogue cover appeared in April 2022. The 2023 Gucci Valigeria campaign with Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny became another defining project, beginning his collaboration with Sabato De Sarno at Gucci.
Inside Alaïa.
Alaïa by Seklaoui follows Pieter Mulier’s collections through fittings, backstage preparation and shows. Published by Mörel in 2025, the book forms Alaïa’s fourth Dialogue project and ends with the Winter Spring 2025 show at New York’s Guggenheim Museum.
