Mini bio
How it started.
Bethany grew up in Somerset and began her fitness journey in 2015. In a 2017 account, she described feeling intimidated by her university gym, watching YouTube tutorials and practising exercises in her bedroom. Seeing other women build muscle on Instagram helped her imagine a different relationship with her own body.
Finding her audience.
She began sharing her training and physical progress as beth_fitnessuk. By April 2017, coverage of her story reported almost 73,000 followers across social media. Her early message about gaining strength and confidence continues through her workout demonstrations and reflections on body image.
Beyond the feed.
Bethany and business partner Alex Archibald co-founded LYFBAR, a healthy food eatery in Lawley, Telford. In 2023 she was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the West Midlands FSB Awards for that work. She also joined GHOST’s athlete family in 2022.
What she shares now.
Her recent work combines gym strength training with calisthenics skills and coaching. Posts include detailed glute sessions, work towards an L-sit and free training resources. She also makes room for conversations about body confidence and the emotional side of wellbeing.
