How it started.
Brigette began posting on TikTok during the pandemic while working in corporate fashion. Her at-home blowout technique and hair roller tutorials helped make Acquired Style familiar to fans looking to recreate her hair at home.
Finding her own style.
Her early viral stories included the $50 Chanel boots she bought while working at Bergdorf Goodman. Fashion remained central as her content grew to include beauty and daily life in New York.
Building with her twin.
In 2025, Brigette and Danielle launched Phe Phe with loungewear. Their own brand story describes the clothes as an expression of sisterhood and their shared closets. By October 2026, they were introducing workwear, studio pieces and hair accessories at their first SoHo pop-up.
A new chapter.
Brigette married Mitch McHale in 2026 and now uses McHale professionally. Her wedding also inspired a Newport stationery collection with Zola, while her recent interviews have made room for cooking, wellness and life after the honeymoon.
