Mini bio
How it started.
Brooklyn first built a following through videos with older brother Deshae Frost, then launched a YouTube channel in 2019. The family humor grew into a mix of pranks, beauty, fashion and everyday life. In an interview with Blavity, Brooklyn credited collaborations and conversations with viewers as part of that growth.
Finding a home on Twitch.
After moving from Los Angeles to Atlanta in 2024, Brooklyn turned to full-time streaming. A December sub-a-thon ran for 25 days and brought 10,000 subscribers. Guests included Jayda Cheaves and B. Simone, while activities ranged from aerial yoga to building a gingerbread house. Brooklyn’s mother, Monique Carrillo, helps manage the career and develop ideas.
Beyond the stream.
Music is another part of Brooklyn’s work: “You Love Me” arrived under the name Brooklyn Nicole, with an official video in December 2023. The YouTube channel also makes room for collaborations such as cooking octopus with Queen Naija. In 2025, Cosmopolitan included Brooklyn in its Z-Stars class.
