A new home at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo
Cedric Grolet Monte-Carlo opened its boutique and tea room in the hotel’s patio. Grolet also became the hotel’s executive pastry chef, bringing his fruits, flowers and seasonal pastries to Monaco.
