Mini bio
How it started.
Courtney’s content grew from gym vlogs into hair, beauty and everyday life. Before that broader mix, she had already been featured by Her Campus for her at-home workouts and Ghost Lifestyle partnership. She is also a law school graduate.
A community around hair.
A self-taught braider, Courtney shares experiments with different styles and tutorials. Her agency describes her head shave as a statement that personal worth does not depend on hair, with viewers following the regrowth journey that followed.
Beyond the workout.
On Fun and Gains in 2022, she joined Brittany Lupton to discuss changing careers, strength training, comparison and mental health. Her recent videos keep that personal conversation going through running, gym routines and reflections on rebuilding habits.
