Mini bio
How it started.
While completing an MBA in 2012, Devan found inspiration for Dev’s Day in classes on branding, marketing and social media. Blogging grew alongside a corporate career in HR and finance.
A different path.
In 2019, Devan left corporate work to study aesthetics, became licensed in Texas and earned a laser certification. A personal history of cystic acne helped motivate the move. Devan later worked as a medical aesthetician for a North Dallas plastic surgeon.

The newsletter makes room for personal style, reading and everyday life alongside detailed product testing.
