Mini bio
How it started.
Drew Desbordes was born in Maryland and moved to Gwinnett County, Georgia, as a baby. Druski began posting comedy sketches on Instagram in 2017. In an XXL interview, Druski credited the area’s mix of cultures and communities with shaping the characters.
Finding an audience.
Rappers shared the sketches, helping bring them to larger audiences. Cameos followed in videos for Drake, Lil Yachty and Jack Harlow. Druski also opened for touring artists before headlining the Coulda Woulda Shoulda comedy tour in 2023.
Building Coulda Been.
Coulda Been Records puts Druski behind the desk as a ruthless record executive. Druski told XXL that Making the Band and Simon Cowell on American Idol helped inspire it. The idea expanded into Coulda Been House, then the dating spoof Coulda Been Love and parenting spoof Coulda Been Daddy.
Beyond the sketches.
Film appearances in House Party and Praise This arrived in 2023. By 2026, Druski was also commentating on The Voice and hosting the BET Awards, while continuing to release comedy on YouTube.
