Mini bio
An artist first.
Before fans knew him as Thee Moody Foody, Fabrizio was drawn to painting and writing. In his own account, he packed his paintings and short stories into a van and headed to Los Angeles to pursue a creative life.
Finding the kitchen.
Restaurant work gave him a close view of food, but the pandemic pushed him to teach himself to cook. His early learning included French classics and Italian techniques. By November 2020, Fine Dining Lovers was highlighting his moody, music-led TikTok cooking videos.
Cooking for company.
His work grew into television appearances and podcast conversations. He cooked chilaquiles with Drew Barrymore in 2022 and co-hosted Friends of Anthony Bourdain with Emily Fedner. Today, his Mexican recipes also help him explore his family’s roots.
