Mini bio
How it started.
Hashim learned by memorising Eminem verses and rapping over instrumentals. In his Thought Behind Things interview, he traced his first release to Janleva in 2013, uploaded through his cousin’s SoundCloud account. He then spent three years writing before returning through a cypher.
Finding his people.
That cypher helped connect him with Gawky Records. Ek Bhai brought wider attention, while his opening verse on the 2020 collaboration Pindi Aye put him alongside other voices from Rawalpindi. In 2023, the artists formalised Pindi Boyz and launched the group with Pindi Aye 2.0.
Building the catalog.
His work includes Sajda with Ink Heart and the nine-song album TAZADAAT with Farasat Anees, released in February 2024. Later collaborations include WUSHU with Talhah Yunus and Farasat Anees, and a run of singles with dotxb.
