Mini bio
How it started.
Jesse came to online creation through his work in counseling and hypnotherapy. In a January 2025 newsletter, he recalled turning to social media while his counseling business was struggling and he was worried about supporting his family. He described wanting to reach people who were struggling too.
Finding his audience.
Dream interpretation became his way of connecting with a wider audience. He built a TikTok community of more than two million followers under @LyonMentalHealth, while continuing his work with Lyon Counseling. His recurring subjects include dreams, trauma, anxiety and the subconscious.
Longer conversations.
Beyond short videos, Jesse hosts Tripping Off and hosted the DreamApp Podcast as its Chief Dream Scientist. DreamApp guests included Courtney Tracy, TJ Power and Nate Turner. In 2025, he began inviting followers to apply for a YouTube dream interpretation show, later calling it The Dream Show.
