Mini bio
How it started.
Kaytee describes herself as a lifelong reader who sneaked books under the covers with a flashlight. In her Fable essay, she recalls starting Currently Reading with Meredith Monday Schwartz in August 2018. Their inaugural episode introduced their bookish moments, recent reads and personal recommendations.
Books and friendship.
The podcast pairs spoiler-free reviews with conversations about reading habits. Kaytee also writes about buddy reading: she wanted to share reactions while a story unfolded, and later led group reads on Fable.
Beyond the main feed.
Her Patreon collaborations include romance conversations with Rebekah on Love and Chili Peppers, publishing discussions with Bunmi Ishola on From the Editor’s Desk, and science fiction and fantasy with Holly on World Play.
