Mini bio
How it started.
Mix studied luxury business management in Milan before building a career at Madame Figaro China, where they became fashion director. Working with celebrities there opened a path into styling, according to The Business of Fashion.
From styling to leading a magazine.
Their work has included longtime clients Gong Li, Zhang Ziyi, Shu Qi and Liu Yifei. Through STATIONX, Mix leads styling and fashion consulting projects. In 2023, they were chosen to lead the newly launched Chinese edition of W, after working with Marie Claire China.
Beyond the printed page.
The work also moves into installations and conversation. For Valentino’s Shanghai IFC window project, Mix drew on traditional Chinese painting and five colors. More recently, W China has put Mix in conversation with Liu Wen, Liu Yifei, Cai Xukun and artist Cao Yuxi.
