Mini bio
How it started.
Molly studied art history at Skidmore College, but time in Florence and Paris shifted her attention toward food. She learned in restaurant kitchens, including Picholine, Allswell and Glasserie, before moving into food media.
Finding her audience.
At Bon Appétit, Molly developed recipes and became a familiar face in the magazine’s YouTube test kitchen. She left in 2020 and built an independent cooking world through books, videos and her recipe membership, The Club.
Cooking with confidence.
Cook This Book arrived in 2021, followed by More Is More in 2023. Both became New York Times bestsellers. Her books combine recipes with practical teaching, while The Club gives fans new recipes to cook each week.
Beyond the cookbook.
Her projects now include Ayoh mayonnaise, Drink This Wine and the Portland plant-based fast-food spot Face Plant. Her third cookbook, Less Is More, is scheduled for April 2027.
