Mini bio
How it started.
Nicole grew up with gymnastics and dance before pursuing a professional dance career. Pilates and yoga had been part of her life since her early teens, and she later moved into teaching both, according to her Bace biography.
Finding a community.
During the 2020 lockdown, Nicole launched Move With Nicole on YouTube to help people keep moving at home. By a November 2020 podcast appearance on I’m Following, the channel had reached 137,000 subscribers. Free, follow-along classes became the centre of her work.
On the mat today.
Her channel spans beginner Pilates, intermediate full-body sessions, express workouts and yoga flows. Nicole lists certifications in mat and reformer Pilates, pre- and postnatal Pilates, yoga teaching at RYT 500 level, personal training and pre- and postnatal coaching.
Building Bace.
In 2026, Nicole and performance coach Bodie Larden launched Bace, combining mat Pilates and kettlebell training. Nicole teaches Pilates there and has also shared a Bace Signature class with her YouTube community.
