Mini bio

How it started.

Raamis grew up in Saudi Arabia. In 2009, he met fellow Pakistani rappers Mohad Ali and Muzammil Wahid, known as M.ZHE, in Riyadh. Their Gawky Gang built an audience through the Riyadh City Cypher Series on YouTube. The group returned to Pakistan in 2016 and launched Gawky Records.

Finding his audience.

Early political impressions and battle rap were part of his path into music. In 2019 he released “Double Tap” with Talha Anjum. The following year, he performed and co-wrote “Tum Tum” alongside Asim Azhar, Shamoon Ismail and Young Stunners. The video passed one million views in less than a day, bringing the collaboration to a wide audience.

Songs to spend time with.

His collaborations include “Jaane Jana” with Annural Khalid and “Jaane Doon” with JANI. The three-track EP “her” followed in 2024, including “Kaash” with Samar Jafri. More recent work includes “By My Side” with Haider Ali, “Turn Me On” with JANI, and the 2026 Karachi Kings anthem “Hai Apni Karni.”
