Mini bio

How AUR began.

Raffey’s route into AUR began when Ahad Khan and Usama Ali were looking for a producer they could afford. They saved for six months to record, then met Raffey. Hearing their story prompted him to suggest forming a band. The trio formed in Karachi in 2020 and was previously known as Uraan.

The sound behind the songs.

Within AUR, Raffey has handled production, mixing and mastering as well as artwork and promotion. Ahad and Usama write and sing. Their breakout, “Tu Hai Kahan,” carried that partnership to a wider audience, and a new version featuring ZAYN followed in January 2024.

Beyond the breakout.

His credits also reach television: ARY Digital names him as music producer of the Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum soundtrack. Outside AUR, his work with Taimour Baig includes “Long time no see” and the 2026 EP I NEED A THERAPIST. His own 2025 EP ILY features Shamikh, Danish Roomi and Taimour.
